Need a hand with SheSync?
You'll get a reply from an actual person — usually within one business day, and always within two.
Before you email
The three things that fix most problems
An invite isn't connecting
Your person needs SheSync installed first — the code is entered in the app, not on a website. Then check the code is typed exactly as shown, with no trailing space. Still stuck? Send us the code and we'll look from our side.
Reminders not appearing
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → SheSync and turn Allow Notifications on. Then check Scheduled Summary is off for SheSync, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing it during your day.
Predictions look off
SheSync learns from your history rather than assuming 28 days, so the first couple of months are the roughest. Log consistently and it tightens up. If your cycle is irregular, a wider range is expected rather than a bug.
FAQ
Common questions
My partner didn't get the invite, or the code isn't working
Three things to check. First, your person needs the SheSync app installed — the invite code is entered in the app, not on a web page. Second, codes are short and easy to mistype: check for a wrong character or a trailing space. Third, make sure they're entering it as joining a cycle rather than starting their own. If none of that does it, email us the code and the address you invited, and we'll look at it from our end.
My reminders aren't showing up
Almost always iOS settings rather than the app. Open Settings → Notifications → SheSync and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Then check two things that quietly suppress reminders: Scheduled Summary, which batches notifications for later, and any Focus mode active during your day. If all three look right and reminders still don't arrive, email us and mention roughly when you expect them.
My predictions look wrong
SheSync predicts from your own logged cycles rather than assuming a textbook 28 days, so accuracy improves as you log more — the first month or two are the least certain. If your cycles are naturally irregular, the predicted range stays wider, which is the honest answer rather than a false precision. Worth saying plainly: SheSync is a tracking and education tool, not a medical device and not a contraceptive method. If your cycle has changed suddenly or is very painful, that's a conversation for your doctor.
How do I stop sharing my cycle with someone?
Sharing is always your choice and you can switch it off at any time from the sharing screen in the app. If you can't find it, or you want it stopped straight away, email us and we'll help immediately.
Can I stop the AI reading my cycle data?
Yes. The AI chat has a "use my cycle data" toggle. Switch it off and it answers general cycle questions without reading your logged symptoms; switch it back on whenever you like. The AI is there for everyday understanding and guidance — it doesn't diagnose.
What's free, and what needs SheSync Pro?
Free: cycle tracking, period and ovulation predictions, flow and symptom logging, your insights and the companion character.
SheSync Pro (a subscription) adds partner sharing, the AI assistant, home-screen widgets, extra resources and encrypted cloud backup. Pricing is shown in the app and on the App Store.
I paid for Pro but the features are locked
First, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Then reinstate the purchase from the app's subscription screen — App Store purchases restore rather than needing to be bought again. If it's still locked after that, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel my SheSync Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose SheSync and cancel there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My Pro subscription lapsed — what happens to my data?
Your logs stay in the app on your phone. Partner sharing switches off automatically, so anyone you were sharing with stops seeing your cycle, and cloud backup stops. Resubscribing turns both back on.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment — SheSync is an iPhone app. If you'd like it on Android, email us and say so. Demand is genuinely how we decide what to build next.
How do I delete my account and my cycle data?
Fill in the account deletion request form. We process every request within 30 days, and once data is deleted it can't be recovered. Deleting the app from your phone alone doesn't remove data from our side — the form is the way to do that. What we hold and why is set out in the SheSync privacy policy.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email development@digitalsauce.io. The most useful report includes your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app version, and a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Feature requests are welcome — several things in the app started as a user email.
