The three things that fix most problems
Reminders not appearing
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Hydration Hero and turn Allow Notifications on. Then check Scheduled Summary is off for the app — it holds notifications back and delivers them in a batch, so reminders land at the wrong time.
Reminders arriving silently
A Focus or Do Not Disturb mode is usually the culprit. In Settings → Focus, add Hydration Hero to the allowed apps for whichever Focus you use during the day.
Something looks stuck
Force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick it away), reopen it, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If it persists, email us — that's a bug and we want to know.

Common questions
My reminders aren't showing up
This is almost always iOS notification settings rather than the app itself. Open Settings → Notifications → Hydration Hero and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Then check two things that quietly suppress reminders: Scheduled Summary (which batches notifications for later) and any Focus mode active during your day. If all three look right and reminders still don't arrive, email us — include roughly what times you expect them.
Is Hydration Hero free?
Yes — free to download and use from the App Store.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment — Hydration Hero is an iPhone app. If you'd like it on Android, email us and say so. Demand is genuinely how we decide what to build next.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Fill in the account deletion request form. We process every request within 30 days, and once data is deleted it can't be recovered. If you'd rather just stop using the app, deleting it from your iPhone is enough — but the form is the way to have your data removed from our side.
What happens to my information?
It's covered in the Hydration Hero privacy policy, which explains what's collected and why. The terms of use cover the rest. If anything in either is unclear, ask us — a plain-English answer is faster than a legal document.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email development@digitalsauce.io. The most useful bug report includes your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app version, and a screenshot or screen recording if you can manage one. Feature requests are welcome too — several things in the app started as a user email.
